PLEASE NOTE: A 1.5% fee is incurred with eftpos payments.

A 25% deposit is required upon booking. The balance of charter must be paid prior to departure.

Refunds & Cancellations

Customers must contact us to confirm their booking and weather conditions one day prior to the charter. If customers do not contact us we assume they no longer wish to keep their booking. We will book other passengers in their place and they will forfeit their 25% deposit. If customers cancel a booking they will not receive a refund of their 25% deposit fee.

Safety is our priority and we will not fish if weather conditions are unsuitable. If the charter is cancelled due to bad weather then you may re-book for another day or receive a full refund of your 25% deposit.
